Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion
- a) at least two years of active football experience, (b) age between 14 and 18 years, (c) good general health with no known respiratory or cardiovascular conditions, (d) provision of written informed consent, and (e) Playing football in Elazığspor.
Exclusion
- history of lung disease or current upper respiratory tract infections;
- existing injury problems;
- use of medications that could affect respiratory;
- current smokers or individuals with a history of smoking within the past year;
- participation in similar studies within the last six months.
