The first line of treatment for obstructive sleep apnea (OSA) is positive airway pressure (PAP) therapy, yet children have a less than 50% adherence rate, leaving many undertreated for this condition....
Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion
- Children aged 8-18 years old
- Obstructive apnea-hypopnea index ≥ 5/hour on baseline diagnostic polysomnogram (PSG)
- Newly prescribed PAP therapy
Exclusion
- 1\) Developmental disability precluding ability to answer questionnaires
