Inclusion
- Adult, ≥18 years of age
- Elective surgery under general anesthesia
- Planned for over night postoperative care
Exclusion
- Tracheostomy
- Nasal obstruction
- Rhino- or oral surgery
- Not able to understand study information or signing consent form
