Inclusion

  • Sedentary people (less than 3 hours of physical activity a week)
  • No smoker

Exclusion

  • Pain or injury in the 6 previous months in the lower limbes
  • Presenting an uncontrolled chronic condition
  • Presenting cardiovascular issues
