Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion
- Elderly: Age ≥65 years .
- STEMI/NSTEMI (ESC/ACC criteria)
- Presentation \<24h of symptom onset
Exclusion
- Terminal illness (life expectancy \<1 month)
- Severe dementia precluding assessment
- Declined consent
