Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion
- Aged 18-30 years
- Adults with a history of ankle sprain
Exclusion
- Participants with ankle fractures, dislocations, grade III ankle sprains, bony restrictions, swelling, neuropathy, or any other neuromuscular disorders are excluded.
