Inclusion
- Inclusion:
- Male, aged 60-80 years
- Healthy, without severe comorbidities
- Voluntary participation with informed consent
- Exclusion:
- Known respiratory or cardiovascular disease
- Neurological or musculoskeletal disorders limiting participation
- Recent abdominal or thoracic surgery
- Inability to comply with training protocol
