Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion
- Being between 18 and 24 years of age,
- Agreeing to participate in the study and signing the consent form,
- Having no communication difficulties,
- Completely completing the data collection form.
Exclusion
- Taking a health course,
- Being unable to communicate,
- Not being at school during the training period,
- Filling out the data collection form incompletely.
