Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion
- Engaged in regular exercise/training in the last 6 months,
- 18-30 years of age,
- Body mass index (BMI) in the range of 18.5-24.9 kg/m².
Exclusion
- Having a chronic disease that limits exercise,
- Smoking,
- Using any medication or supplement that may affect metabolism.
