Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion
- Preterm neonates \< 34 weeks of gestation
- Birth weight \< 1500g
- Admitted to NICU within 24 hours of birth
Exclusion
- Major congenital malformations (especially CNS anomalies)
- Severe perinatal asphyxia
- Neonates with congenital infections (TORCH)
