Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion
- Diagnosis of severe TBI, large-volume stroke, or HIE
- Expected ICU stay \>72 hours
- Informed consent from legal surrogate
Exclusion
- Terminal organ failure
- Pre-existing severe neurological disease
- Skull defect preventing monitoring
- Pregnancy or lactation
