Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion

  • Patients with degenerative aortic valve disease not emendable for aortic valve repair
  • Elective surgery

Exclusion

  • Left ventricle ejection fraction less than 40%
  • Redo surgery
  • Indication for concomitant mitral valve replacement
  • Aortic valve/root endocarditis
  • Severe COPD
  • Dialysis patients
