Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion
- Patients with degenerative aortic valve disease not emendable for aortic valve repair
- Elective surgery
Exclusion
- Left ventricle ejection fraction less than 40%
- Redo surgery
- Indication for concomitant mitral valve replacement
- Aortic valve/root endocarditis
- Severe COPD
- Dialysis patients
