Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion

  • Diagnosis of Parkinson's Disease
  • Independent ambulation
  • Hoehn and Yahr stage of 1-3
  • 50 years of age or older
  • Must speak English or Spanish

Exclusion

  • History of stroke
  • History of heart attack
  • Non-ambulatory
  • Hoehn and Yahr of stage 4 or 5
  • Osteoporosis
  • Unmanaged Parkinson's medication
